Shari Ivler of Graze New York will prepare a family style meal featuring vegetarian recipes from My Regenerative Kitchen, the new cookbook by Camilla Marcus, chef, entrepreneur, activist and founder of west-bourne, New York City's first zero waste restaurant.  Through her work, Camilla has challenged conventional ideas about our food systems and environmental stewardship. We plan to use her cookbook as a jumping off point for a discussion on how our choices when it comes to food and feeding our families contributes to a healthier life and planet.
